Neon Eye Shadow with White Eye Liner Makeup Look

I have been loving neon and bright colors. It's been rather dreary in Seattle and I love wearing the bright colors in my makeup. Today was lovely and full of sun  shine so I was able to reflect the sunny, almost spring-like colors in my eye shadow. I used the Melt Cosmetics Radioactive stack again since it's full of neon colors and it's rather new and I love trying new beauty products. I wanted to elongate the eye without adding black liner, so I had a bit of fun with the NYX Cosmetics white liner. Lastly, I topped the look of with some lashes. I used the Ardell 113 lashes since they had a clear band and looked nice and wispy for this whimsical makeup look. I hope you've been enjoying the colorful looks.
