Hey guys! I wanted to do a fun, bright, neon, eyeshadow tutorial using the Melt Cosmetics Radioactive stack. I love bright and bold looks, so this is just what I love to wear in terms of makeup. I have been loving Melt Cosmetic's Radioactive Stack, and I wanted to do another tutorial with it. I also show three lipstick options if black lipstick isn't your style.
