Today's look is a river mermaid tutorial perfect for Halloween. I created a mermaid that was inspired by the rivers, so instead of sea shells and starfish, so I went with rocks and wildflowers for my inspiration. I created my crown first and created the makeup look after that. I love the minty, mossy colors with peaches, it reminds me of looking into the river in the spring so make sure to check out JackyOhhh’s Video & TheBethanyFae’s Videos!
